PROCESS:
Our bronze is produced by utilizing an automatic continuous process. This process is the most modern system used in bronze casting, in which the metal solidifies instantly by water cooling in a graphite mould without air tight conditions. The process results in the following advantages (as compared with traditional production processes):

• Close grained structure, uniform even distribution of all elements
• Free from pores
• High uniform hardness
• Perfect external and internal surfaces
• Approximately 1/16" to 1/8" allowance for machining, depending on size
• Special profiles available with drawing
• Maximum perfection of profiles and concentric bores
• Longer life for bearings, shafts, etc.
• All alloys available, including specials

Sizes above are our continuous cast capabilities which can be supplied using our centrifugal high speed process. The characteristics of our bronze is similar to our continuous cast and we supply these proof (rough) machined. We can also supply worm gear blanks up to 950 mm.
