Our estimating department works from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST). As you prepare your request, use the following helpful guidelines to speed your request through our system.

Include as much detail as possible about the material requested, such as;

• Type of Alloy (specification, CDA, SAE, ASTM, UNS, etc.)
• Tolerance specifications
• Finish (bright, flat, smooth, etc.)
• Packaging Requirements (bar, wire, coil, straightend & cut, wrapped, in crates, etc.)

Include information about you and your company, especially;

• Your name and the company name
• Company location
• Contact information (phone, fax, email)
• The best time to contact you, if needed

Include logestic information, such as;

• Delivery Point (FOB, CIF, Delivered to address, Drop Ship, etc.)
• When the material is required (Rush, Bid, 2 Weeks, etc.)
• Any other specil requirements
